West Sussex County Council

MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT TRAINING

The Member’s Code of Conduct act requires all council members, when performing their duties, to uphold the seven principles first identified by the Nolan Committee in 1995 and updated by the Committee on Standard in Public Life in its report of January 2013.

This project provided an online solution to helping council members understand and apply the code to a range of scenarios.

The on-demand availability of the training made it more convenient for council members to access training on this important subject.
